THE TOWNSHIP OFFICE IS OPEN TO LIMITED PUBLIC ACCESSMASKS OR OTHER FACE COVERINGS ARE REQUIRED, NO EXCEPTIONS! 

APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED UNLESS YOU ARE PICKING UP A PERMIT, TRASH TAGS, RECYCLE BIN OR COMPLETED ADDRESS MARKER.  IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE YOUR NAME AND CONTACT INFORMATION AND SOMEONE WILL CONTACT YOU TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT. 

PLEASE USE THE TOWNSHIP DROP BOX TO DROP OFF PAPERWORK.  IF THE ITEMS ARE TOO LARGE FOR THE BOX, PLEASE CALL AHEAD OF TIME AND SOMEONE WILL MEET YOU AT THE FRONT DOOR.

WE ASK THAT EVERYONE ENTERING THE MUNICIPAL OFFICE SIGN IN AND PROVIDE NAME, ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER.

OFFICE HOURS ARE CURRENTLY:

  • MONDAY, TUESDAY AND THURSDAY – 9:00-4:00
  • WEDNESDAY – 9:00-12:00
  • FRIDAY – CLOSED

IF YOU HAVE ANY SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19, IF YOU HAVE HAD COVID-19 WITHIN THE LAST 14 DAYS OR IF YOU HAVE BEEN EXPOSED TO SOMEONE WITH COVID-19, WE ASK THAT YOU REFRAIN FROM ENTERING THE OFFICE.  PLEASE CALL THE OFFICE  AT 717-921-8128 OR THE TOWNSHIP MANAGER AT 717-943-5131, OR EMAIL AT middlepaxtontwp@comcast.net AND WE WILL WORK WITH YOU TO COMPLETE YOUR REQUEST OR TRANSACTION.
